不動前駅から徒歩4分の古ビル1棟を改修し、1名用のオフィスを中心に構成したオフィスビルです。従前のB1Fの車庫と車路をコンバージョン(用途変更)し、階段状のテラスと共用ラウンジを一体的に計画。地下からテラスの植栽を眺めたときに背景となる小学校の植栽帯とつながるように高さを検討しています。また、違法状態であった車路の屋根を撤去して残ったフレームにステンレスワイヤーを新たに設え2,3年後緑に覆われた門型のファサードが完成する予定です。

It is an office building renovated from an old building located a 4-minute walk from Fudo-mae Station. The building is primarily composed of offices designed for one person. The previous basement garage and driveway on the B1F were converted and planned as a terraced staircase and a shared lounge. The height is being considered to connect with the planting area of an elementary school, which serves as the background when viewing the terrace’s greenery from the basement. Additionally, the roof of the previously illegal driveway will be removed, and a stainless wire will be newly installed on the remaining frame. It is scheduled to be completed as a gate-shaped façade covered in greenery within two to three years.
