This is a project involving the complete renovation of the 2nd floor of a 37-year-old mixed-use facility located a 5-minute walk from Shinagawa Station. The previous space consisted of four separate tenant offices, but due to low occupancy rates, it was redeveloped into a shared office space with 19 individual rooms and common areas.

The staircase area, serving as the entrance, was designed to promote circulation and adorned with art, creating a gallery-like space. Users can pass through the art space and access their respective offices. Additionally, there is a spacious lounge and a conference room available for shared use, providing a well-equipped office environment. As a result, the space has been operating at full capacity and enjoying successful occupancy rates.
