The existing floor plans of the apartments had bedrooms lined up along the balcony side, creating a closed-off and confined living space without a sense of openness extending from the living and dining areas. To address this issue, two plan options were proposed for the three units.

In unit 1001, the focus was on creating a spacious area along the balcony side to maximize the sense of openness this location offers. This plan allows residents to fully enjoy the expansive feeling provided by the balcony space.
