Project: Revitalization of a Mixed-Use (Office + Food & Beverage) Building in Harajuku

A project was undertaken to renovate a three-story, 600 square meter building located in Harajuku into a shared office space with 11 small office units, a lounge, and an event space. The objective was to make the most of the relatively new construction, fixtures, and furniture while carrying out the renovation.

Prior to completion, all 11 office units were already fully occupied. The rental prices increased from the previous ¥15,000 per tsubo to ¥30,000 per tsubo, resulting in a substantial improvement in revenue.
